       On May 14, Stuart Snow will address CFRW women about school finance in the 86th Legislative Session at Hearthstone Country Club. Stuart has spent much time in Austin working with Texas State Senators and Representatives on school finance legislation and is well versed on this topic. Stuart is a Certified Public Accountant and a Registered Texas School Business Administrator. He has 29 years’ experience in public school business and finance as CFO, as well as 11 years in public accounting.  

         In 2012, Stuart was named a Houston Business Journal CFO of the Year, and was also awarded the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce Chairman’s Award. He is active in the Cy-Fair community, serving as Chairman of the board of the Cy-fair Federal Credit Union, previously chairing the Chamber board, and serving on its Executive board. Stuart is also a lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo.
